Igual que exercitem el cos per mantenir-nos en forma, la nostra ment tamb\u00e9 necessita activitat per conservar-ne l&#8217;agilitat. A continuaci\u00f3, us presentem <strong data-start=\"424\" data-end=\"465\">tres exercicis senzills i efectius<\/strong> per millorar la mem\u00f2ria i potenciar la salut cognitiva.  <\/p>\n<hr>\n<h3>1. La T\u00e8cnica de la Hist\u00f2ria (Associaci\u00f3 de Paraules)<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"589\" data-end=\"783\"><strong data-start=\"589\" data-end=\"608\">Com funciona?<\/strong><br data-start=\"608\" data-end=\"611\">Consisteix a memoritzar una llista de paraules creant-hi una hist\u00f2ria breu. En connectar els elements en una narrativa, el cervell els recorda amb m\u00e9s facilitat. <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"785\" data-end=\"1046\"><strong data-start=\"785\" data-end=\"806\">Exemple pr\u00e0ctic:<\/strong><br data-start=\"806\" data-end=\"809\"> Suposem que heu de recordar les paraules: <strong data-start=\"853\" data-end=\"894\">gat, arbre, bicicleta, sol i muntanya<\/strong> . Pots inventar una hist\u00f2ria com aquesta: <br data-start=\"935\" data-end=\"938\"><em data-start=\"938\" data-end=\"1044\">\u201cUn gat va enfilar-se un arbre mentre una bicicleta passava sota el
