1. Emotion Exploration and Cognitive Stimulation (30 min)
🔹 Welcome and Presentation: Importance of emotional expression in well-being.
🔹 Self-exploration exercise: Identification of emotions through images or key words.
🔹 Emotional Memory: Relating significant memories and their impact on emotions.
